50cl / 46% - A mellow and sweet Australian single malt from the first wave of whiskies in Manly Spirits' Element Series that was matured in ex-Kentucky bourbon casks. Aromas of vanilla, green apples, pears and buttered caramel fill the nose, complemented by notes of warm honey, baked pears, caramelised apple, leather, oak and baking spices throughout the palate.
