37.5cl / 15% - This small traditional Bodegas is owned by the family firm Delago Zuleta. Their solera is housed in a higher altitude part of Sanlucar which benefits from cooler temperatures and humid sea breezes. On the nose a hint of honey and salted almonds. The palate has a lovely round texture with light florals, citrus and a nutty fresh finish.
