Its advanced Silyl Modified Polymer (SMP) formulation offers superior initial grab and cures rapidly, delivering strength in just 15 minutes. Most rigid plastics (excluding PE, PP, PTFE). Application Instructions. Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free of dust, oil, grease or other contaminants. Cut nozzle to desired bead width and load into standard cartridge gun. Apply in beads or dots to one surface. Assemble parts within 10 minutes and press firmly. Support heavy items until initial grab develops. Uncured adhesive can be removed with white spirit or acetone; cured adhesive must be removed mechanically. Limitations & Precautions. Not suitable for use on polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE or bitumen-contaminated surfaces. Do not use for structural glazing or applications under continuous water immersion.
