Water-Based Damp-Proofing Fluid. BioDry ProFlow is a concentrated potassium methyl siliconate solution designed to form an effective chemical damp-proof course (DPC) when diluted with water. Preparation & Application. Surface Prep: Remove skirtings, plasters, and damaged renders. Rake out mortar beds to 10–15mm depth. Clean debris for adhesion.. Drilling: Drill 10–14mm holes into or angled towards mortar beds. Spacing ≤170mm. Drill both sides for thicker or cavity walls.. Injection: Dilute 1 part BioDry ProFlow with 11.5 parts clean water. Inject under 50 psi until mortar bed is fully saturated.. Finishing: Plug holes and allow walls to dry before replastering. Use a bell-mouth render detail where external render was removed..
