Shelf Life: Up to 36 months when stored in unopened cartridges under cool, dry conditions.. Application Instructions. Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants. Highly porous surfaces should be primed with a diluted Everbuild PVA Bond (1:4 with water).. Application: Cut the nozzle to the required width and apply using a standard sealant gun. Smooth the sealant with a wet spatula or finger within 15 minutes of application.. Drying Time: Tack-free in 15–60 minutes, depending on ambient conditions. Full cure achieved in 3–5 days.. Limitations. Not suitable for use in areas of constant water immersion.. Not recommended for use below ground level or in areas of high abrasion (e.g., floor joints).. Do not apply when rain is imminent.. Not suitable for use in conjunction with bituminous materials.. Cleaning of Tools. Clean tools and excess sealant with water immediately after use. Cured sealant must be removed mechanically.
