Ken Forrester is a big name in South Africa. He’s known as Mr Chenin Blanc thanks to his role in reviving the grape and continues to bring unique character to every wine he makes. The vineyards are located on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains, in the Western Cape. While the land has been tended to since 1694, Ken and his family didn’t take residence there until 1993. This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Ken’s Petit range. Elegantly crafted, they’re made for everyday drinking, designed to be shared with friends. Juicy and ripe, this smooth, fruity red is bursting with plums, mulberries, and a scattering of spice. Delicious alongside duck or richer chicken dishes.
