Distilled on the rugged Isle of Jura and matured in a small parcel of American oak oloroso hogsheads, this limited-edition single malt carries notes of rockpools, cider apples, honey roasted nuts, dry spices, leather and hints of citrus. Medicinal peat smoke brings waves of burning juniper branches and menthol that persist over a pleasantly dry finish.
