100cl / 40% - A floral, vegetal rum from Panama-Pacific that was matured in ex-bourbon casks for three years and filtered to remove the colour. Aromas of gardenia, jasmine, garden herbs and green sugarcane fill the nose, complemented by notes of banana fritters, vanilla wafers, ripe papaya, shortbread, white pepper and cinnamon throughout the palate.
