Please see the Product Information section below for more information on the board that will be supplied. With our component-form Mecalux Longspan System, you can design your own bays. Adaptable and dependable for heavy-duty warehouse, factory, and commercial use. Each frame can support up to 4000kg. Udl* Steel end frames that have been pre-assembled Decks can be made of chipboard or galvanised steel. Create a single bay or continuous runs of up to 2700mm in length (per bay) Frames and shelves are 600mm deep, with a 900mm depth option available. Modular shelving with a long span for unrestricted, bulky storage. From stock, a wide range of sizes and options are available. Component-form allows you to build the bays to your specifications. Make a single shelving bay out of two frames and two or more shelves. Make a continuous run of shelving by adding additional shelves and frames as needed. P2 chipboard shelves 22mm thick. Frames can support up to 4000kg Udl*. End frames that have been pre-assembled with a powder-coated finish and galvanised bracing. Single-piece stamped steel support beams with a high-visibility orange finish. Shelves with steel deck supports improve shelf resilience and prevent local distortion. Load capacity: up to 850kg Udl* per level. Beams are simply clipped into place with safety clips. Each level's height can be adjusted every 50mm. Only suitable for storing pallets on the floor beneath the lowest shelf. Shelf panels made of moisture-resistant galvanised steel are also available. 110 x 79mm footplate dimensions.
