Roland Champion Secret d'Aramis NV Champagne

75cl / 12.5% - The Champion family have been growing grapes in Chouilly since the 18th century and the house is now run by Francois and his two daughters. They used to sell their juice to the big Champagne houses but are now keeping more back to produce their own wines. Secret d'Aramis is a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. The nose has lovely tropical aromas with hints of nectarine, peach and apple blossom. The palate has lovely, delicate fruit with a notes of peach, honeysuckle
