It bears the signature and the magnetic personality of the Australian Princess of Pop, Kylie Minogue, the creative director behind this stunning fizzy wine. It starts with a pop, effervescent pink bubbles, and a rich nose of watermelon, ripe strawberry, rose petals and citrus fruits. The grapes were sourced via the Zonin estate, a seventh-generation family-owned winery with 4,000 hectares of vines on the hills of Veneto. The soils here are rich in limestone, and an average vine age of 10 years adds some complexity and maturity to the blend. The Prosecco Rosé is crisp and layered on the palate, bringing bright notes of raspberry, strawberry, gooseberry, watermelon and clean minerality. A blast of fresh acidity elevates the entire experience, bringing clarity and intensity. It’s an ideal wine for a picnic, or a sunny summer evening spent on the terrace. Best served slightly chilled.
