75cl / 50% - A 100% rye whiskey from Catoctin Creek that was bottled in bond and distilled to a lower proof than the others in the distillery's range, Rabble Rouser has been matured for four years, creating an earthy, spicy character. Aromas of white pepper, ginger, raspberries and apples fill the nose, complemented by notes of earthy coffee, lemon zest, clove, oaky vanilla and peppery spice throughout the palate.
