Dom Ruinart 2009/10 Champagne

Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the oldest established Champagne house. For the last 200+ years, the house has been devoted to 'wine with bubbles' – and they've certainly perfectly the art. A spectacular vintage, this Champagne is made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from some of the best terroirs, with around 82% coming from Grand Cru sites. A true celebration bottle, this elegant and complex Champagne shows aromatic freshness with notes of white flowers and citrus developing into brioche and toast. Enjoy with friends and fresh seafood.
