Hot links are a Louisiana answer to traditional chorizo sausages, and we have elevated this by using a squeeze of Black Bee honey to cut through the smoky heat of the chorizo. What is so unique in this sausage is that the chorizo is made from a fermented vegetable base, made by Symplicity Foods, which means you get the nutritional benefit of the ferment, the lean chicken mince and the kick of flavour from honey and heat.Our sausages, burgers and meatballs are made with great care down in the South West, using all of the same farmers that we have across our range. Nearly all of them are gluten free, and we use as little seasoning as possible while delivering the best flavour that the meat itself offers up.
