Over the years, the company has expanded significantly, acquiring vineyards in both Puglia and Tuscany. While in Puglia, production is mainly focused on wine, in Tuscany, the Tinazzi family purchased an ancient estate with 5 hectares of vineyards, that also includes a beautiful olive grove, nestled in the verdant Chianti hills near Greve in Chianti. In addition to producing excellent wines, the Pian del Gallo estate is also recognized for its high-quality extra-virgin olive oil, one of the region's most renowned products. All cultivation is organic, fully respecting nature and the environment. Pian del Gallo extra virgin olive oil is produced with a blend of local varieties such as Frantoio and Leccino, cold-pressed using mechanical methods to preserve the pure freshness and aromatic character of the final product. The result is a bold and distinctive oil with a typically Tuscan character, featuring a fruity aromatic profile with slightly herbaceous undertones.
