Koch Madrecuishe Mezcal

70cl / 46.1% - A hand-crafted artisanal mezcal from Koch that is made in San Baltazar Guelavial, Oaxaca, using exclusively Maguey Madrecuishe that is 12 years old. Aromas of damp spearmint leaves, mushrooms, lemongrass, almonds and pine nuts fill the nose, complemented by notes of prunes, cucumber, rocket leaves, green cactus, smoked meat and eucalyptus throughout the palate.
