70cl / 64.3% / Distillery Bottling - The fourth release of Highland Park Cask Strength has been matured in a combination of European oak, first-fill sherry, ex-bourbon and ex-Port casks. There is a delightful Turkish delight quality to the whisky with the distillery’s signature sooty smoke following soon after. The palate shows coconut and fruity, floral notes reminiscent of rose and raspberry.
