This bold blend of Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The process includes natural fermentation and careful control over how long the grape skins soak, adding texture and depth. After nine months in oak, the wine has a refined character with soft tannins and a balanced mouthfeel. Already drinking beautifully, it will continue to age gracefully for another 5-10 years.
