Everbuild Black Jack Bitumen & Flashing Primer in a 1 litre tin is a thin black primer formulated to provide a strong key for subsequent bituminous coatings, paints and flashing tapes. Designed for roofing and general building substrates, it enhances adhesion and supports the performance of applied bitumen layers in both waterproofing and refurbishment works.It is suitable for use on concrete, cementitious screeds, renders, bitumen felt, asphalt, mastic, timber and weathered metal surfaces, enabling a consistent preparation layer across varied roof and structural surfaces. The product forms a controlled film on metal and penetrates deeply into porous substrates, supporting even application and predictable bonding behaviour.Brush or spray applied, the primer dries rapidly in favourable weather conditions and provides a clean, receptive base for bituminous paints, roof coatings and flashing membranes.
