70cl / 48.9% / Gordon & MacPhail - This is part of Gordon & MacPhail’s Recollection Series, which offers collectors and connoisseurs an opportunity to purchase a slice of whisky history. Pittyvaich was originally built to help with demand for Bell’s blended whisky but was demolished in 2002. This 30-year-old release was matured in a refill bourbon barrel and displays notes of dried pear, freshly sliced ginger, marzipan, apricot and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
