This certified organic, vegan-friendly Chardonnay comes from high-altitude vineyards in Jumilla, southeastern Spain. Made with minimal intervention, it bursts with tropical aromas of pineapple, papaya and passionfruit, balanced by a zesty lift of lemon on the finish. The palate is textured yet vibrant, with bright acidity and a clean, mineral edge that speaks to its limestone-rich soils.
