Due to persistent supply concerns with 15mm chipboard, each purchase will have 15mm white melamine fronted (non-edged) shelf boards. The BiG400 Bench Workstation is ideal for use in the factory, workshop, or garage. It is composed of steel sourced from Europe and finished in powder-coated blue and high-visibility orange. It is simple to install and configure, and it is capable of supporting loads of up to 400kg Udl* on the worktop/shelf and up to 100kg Udl* on each of the above levels. The high-density, 15mm-thick chipboard worktop is secured to the profiled steel beams by a central support beam. Plastic top caps protect the chipboard's front corners and give the Workbench a clean, uncomplicated appearance. The two upper chipboard decks can be used as trays or stacked on top of the beams to provide more shelf space. The BiG400 Bench Workstation is offered with a steel T-bar base – which provides additional legroom and supports the user's feet while seated – or with a full-width chipboard shelf that adds 400kg UDL of storage. The boltless, stud-and-keyhole design of the BiG400 Bench Workstation enables it to be configured to the user's preferred style of working while being fully flexible for any change in use.
