Graham Beck Pinot Noir Rosé, Robertson 2018/19

Graham Beck is the biggest name in South African sparkling wine. They've produced excellent bubbles since the 1980s, using the second-fermentation 'traditional method' – known here as Méthode Cap Classique – and won countless awards in doing so. This vintage pink sparkling is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It has an elegant, creamy mousse and flavours of ripe strawberry and raspberry. Try pairing it with smoked salmon canapés or a red-fruit-based dessert.
