Pierre Peters Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne

75cl / 12% - Pierre Peters has gained a real reputation for his Blanc de Blancs from this domaine in Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger, in the heart of the Cote des Blancs. They use a system of perpetual reserves to add the reserve wines to their non-vintage wines giving a greater level of complexity to the wines. On the nose aromas of white flowers, a lovely green apple, oyster shells and anise come through. The palate is zesty with orange, toast and a really lovely long finish.
