Wild Breaded Whitebait - Blanchbait

Whitebait coated in breadcrumbs (AKA blanchbait) Needs to be fried. Best served with tartar sauce A pack will serve 2 people or 4 for sharing These little beauties are the whole fish rolled in breadcrumbs.  The bag is 454g which would be a healthy serving for two people as a main course, with extras. These whitebait need to fried. They can be shallow fried in some cooking oil on your hob if you don't have more robust frying facilities. Once fried, we like to sprinkle them with hot paprika for a devilish twist.
