Potted Dorset Crab

As found at Wimbledon, Henley, Ascot... Cooked and ready to eat  Serve hot on toast or cold with salad Delicious and different. Made by a passionate crab entrepreneur, this is the same recipe as potted shrimp - complete with mace and clarified butter - but applied to crab. It has the special savoury appeal of brown crab meat (80%) plus the special luxury of white (20%). It’s a favourite starter in a distinguished gents’ club off Piccadilly.
