The Liquitex professional fluid matt medium is a soft body medium that creates a matt, non-reflecting finish and increases matt sheen, film integrity and can be used as extender to ease the flow of pain and add flexibility. You can mix with gloss medium to create a semi-gloss or satin medium. The medium is opaque when wet, translucent when dry. It can also be used a transparent ground/size instead of gesso as this will allow the colour and texture of the support to show through.
