Whilst named to acknowledge its Prolene legacy, the ‘Plus’ represents something special. Still purely synthetic, Prolene Plus employs fibres which are somewhat softer and exude a feel much closer to natural hair. The resulting filament colour, having darker tips, looks even more like sable hair than its predecessor. It has improved colour holding and pointing properties. Set in a beautiful ferrule which is plated with gold. Polished teak handle completes the brush. Available in an extensive range of sizes and widely used for watercolour, gouache and other media.
