Schmincke : Aqua Linoprint Mediums

Schmincke Retarder medium is a ready to use retarder for lino print. The medium is ready to use and should be used undiluted. To be used in mixtures with Schmincke lino print colours. The mixing ratio medium to lino print colour should be at least 1 part medium to 1 part lino print colour. The effect rises with the amount of medium. Mix 1:1 with Schmincke Aqua-Linoprint Colours to slow down the drying time. As a result of this, it is useful when completing large editions of prints. It also makes creative effects possible by giving the Aqua colour similar drying times to those of oil-based inks.
