Daler-Rowney The Langton Prestige is a 100% Cotton mould made paper of archival quality which features a distinctive soft touch feel and a natural whiteness. The texture is a flawless surface with a random texture that only woollen felts can give, and consistency is guaranteed by a demanding quality inspection from one of Europe's oldest mills here in the United Kingdom. Every sheet of this paper is gelatine sized to give a really strong and resilient performance for professional techniques, and being acid free with an alkali reserve it protects the finest pieces of art from discolouration.This pad features 12 sheets of 300gsm/140lb hot pressed watercolour paper that has a smooth texture with very little tooth. It is ideal for detailed work, illustration, design and when you do not want to show the granulation of watercolour. This is especially good for botanical images to really show off details and colour vibrancy.
