<p>The Essdee Soft Lino Roller is designed for use in relief printmaking, and is an effective tool for inking <a href="essdee-lino-block-3-2mm-grey" target="_blank"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">lino sheets</span></a> and softer surfaces such as <a href="speedball-speedy-carve-block" target="_blank"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Speedball Speedy Carve Blocks.</span></a></p> <p>Developed for relief printing, this softer 40 shore synthetic rubber roller is resistant to printers chemicals and not affected by exposure to daylight. Designed to give a more compliant coverage than hard rubber material, it is more forgiving on uneven surfaces. It is a favourite with certain printing methods but needs extra care in storage to prevent indentation to its soft surface.</p>
