Pleated Chiffon Plisse Fabric Blue

The Minerva Pleated Chiffon Plisse fabric is a light-weight material made of 100% polyester. It features a blue color with a spotted pattern and has a width of approximately 140cm/56". The recommended washing instructions are to wash at 30 degrees. This fabric is perfect for crafters looking to create delicate and flowy garments or accessories. With a weight of 80gsm, it is easy to work with and will drape beautifully. Fabric is cut from the roll and available to order by the metre.
