The paper is ideal for a range of dry and wet media, especially watercolour, ink, markers, acrylic, and gouache.Cold Press/ 'Not' surface - slightly textured surface. It is the most popular surface for watercolour painters as it allows for a little texture in your work. Good for large areas of wash but also for detail. 'Hot Pressed' surface - paper has a fine-grained, smooth surface, with almost no tooth. Ideal for large, even washes, drawing with pens and ink wash, and for painting fine details.
