Includes 26 heavy paper stencils. Capital letter alphabet. 5.75" design scale. Use alone or with other Textile Stencils. 1. Spray back of Tulip Textile Stencil with Tulip Stencil Spray Adhesive. 2. Press Tulip Textile Stencil in place adhesive side down to create a temporary bond to fabric. 3. Use Tulip Paint Roller to apply Tulip Soft Fabric Paint evenly over stencil openings. 4.
