Each pack contains one whole, cleaned and gutted wild sea bass Combines well with sweet and Asian flavours An 800g fish serves two people well   Fine wild sea bass from the English Channel. Scaled and gutted as usual. This fish is great to roast or to poach in a fish kettle, and serving it up whole on the table will add a flourish to your meal. About 60% of the weight is edible, so an 800g fish would serve two well (especially if you get your fingers out and suck the meat off bones - definitely the full experience).
