This is an authentic experience dedicated to the art of fresh handmade pasta. Starting from simple ingredients, local flours and eggs, you will make three pasta shapes.You will learn the basic techniques of dough, laying and shaping, discovering the secrets handed down by the Sicilian tradition.The activity lasts about two and a half hours, can be customized and Teresa also teaches you the sauces. Local flours contain gluten. The experience is ideal for families or groups, minimum two people. Children must be at least 8 years old. Take your chance!
