Guests with access needs are recommended to enter and exit via the Bank Hey Street entrance as there are 4 steps on the promenade entrance. An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor in the middle of the course. Guide and assistance dogs are welcomed into the venue. If water and a bowl are required guests can ask a member of the team. The accessible toilet is equipped with a red cord that should be activated in the event of an emergency.
