Product Description

A SuperPro Rear Bush Kit replaces all of the rear suspension bushes with uprated polyurethane components. These are stiffer and harder wearing than the rubber originals. On an older vehicle these could well be quite worn and replacing them with this kit will ensure everything is working as the manufacturer intended. Switching to a less compliant bush material improves grip and cornering feel.Restore rear suspension to "as-new" alignmentImproved cornering feelEnhanced braking feelA SuperPro Rear Bush kit comes with a comprehensive package of polyurethane bushes for the rear suspension of the vehicle.Kit contains:Rear Control Arm Upper-Inner Bush KitRear Control Arm Upper-Outer Bush KitRear Control Arm Lower-Rear Inner Bush KitRear Control Arm Lower-Rear Outer Bush KitRear Control Arm Lower-Inner Front Bush KitRear Control Arm Lower-Front Outer Bush KitRear Trailing Arm Front Bush KitRubber is used for most factory bushes on vehicles. It is cheap and offers good compliance, and insulation. It does wear and weather as the vehicle is driven though. Once worn, rubber bushes cease to work as they should and suspension joints can start to flex in ways they were not designed to. This can cause tyres to wear unpredictably and affect both cornering and braking.Replacing it with polyurethane both instantly restores your suspension geometry to what the manufacturer intended, but also saves you a job in the future as poly-bushes are much harder wearing.Switching to a less compliant bush material also helps ensure that the suspension arms move more predictably with less laterial movement. This keeps cornering feel more predictable. The big advantage of replacing all of the bushes as a set is that you won't be inadvertantly pairing a worn original bush with a stiffer poly replacement. Doing this can actually put more strain on the worn bush.
