It focuses on the apple-and-pear characters that sit at the heart of many Scotch whiskies, using bourbon-cask maturation and whisky made using white-wine yeast to create a whisky that balances zesty lemon and lime with creamy vanilla, layers of orchard fruit and gentle notes of sea breeze.
