These are skinless, boneless strips, which you will slice yourself for final presentation. On this page, we are selling the 'belly' cut in both thick and thin packs. The distinction is quite minor but means something to those who enjoy this regularly. The thick comes from the upper belly normally as 1 strip around 2cm thick, ideal for sashimi.
