75cl / 12.5% - This Greek white wine from Lyrarakis winery is made with Dafni grapes grown in the family’s vineyard Psarades at an altitude of 480m. The family saved the variety from near-extinction in the 1990s. This wine has a distinctive herbal character, refreshing mouthfeel, and intense finish with lots of citrus fruit.
