Full-Day Historical Private Tour from Tbilisi

I'm Zura, and I offer a full day excursion to some of the most iconic wonders of Georgia, starting from Tbilisi. I will meet you at your hotel at 9AM, and we begin with a visit to the 6th century Jvari Monastery, an important religious center and architectural masterpiece from medieval Georgia. The church towers over the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mtskheta. We continue to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, the burial site of Christ’s robe. In Gori, hometown of Joseph Stalin, we visit the impressive museum of the historically significant leader of the Soviet Union. Lunch after (not included). We then go to Uplistsikhe, an ancient cave town, one of the oldest urban settlements in Georgia. Lastly, we see the Chronicles of Georgia, the largest monument in Tbilisi, with picturesque views of the Tbilisi Sea. You are then brought back to the initial meeting point.
