For more than 60 years, the Mozart Distillery has crafted premium chocolate liqueurs in Salzburg, Austria, the birthplace of Mozart, hence the name. This liqueur is crafted through a meticulous, multi-stage production process designed to achieve Mozart’s signature smoothness and depth of flavour. It’s made with carefully selected ingredients: cocoa sourced from West Africa, fair-trade bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, sugar beets, and the finest Belgian chocolate. What makes it stand out from other liqueurs is a truly distinctive step in production known as the “sound-milling” technique. Before bottling, the liqueurs are placed in stainless-steel tanks while speakers play Mozart’s music continuously for 24 hours.
