Devaux is a Champagne house with deep roots in the Côte des Bar – a subregion known for its Pinot Noir, but here showing the power of Chardonnay. Devaux is part of a growers' collective that focuses on sustainable viticulture and long lees ageing, giving their wines richness and texture. This Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay and aged on lees for a minimum of 3 years. The result is elegant and expressive, with notes of lemon zest, green apple and almond, plus a creamy mousse and mineral finish. Perfect with oysters, goat’s cheese tart or grilled langoustines.
