The Rotrex C38 centrifugal supercharger is a compact bolt on solution for increasing engine performance. They have been developed to provide the ideal combination of power increase with reliability and low noise. Unlike turbochargers these Rotrex superchargers are driven from the engine so the power and torque curve is more linear and predictable. This creates higher boost at the low to mid Rpm range for massive improvements in acceleration. This system also means the supercharger is vibration free, quiet and reliable in operation.To enable easier fitment of a Rotrex supercharger to a vehicle they have been designed with a self contained lubrication system which includes a dual action oil pump, filter, hose and specially developed traction fluid. A separate oil cooler with -6 JIC male fittings is required to complete the oil system, suitable options can be found HERE. To further aid fitment the compressor housing can be rotated in 60 degree increments for optimum outlet orientation.The Rotrex C38 superchargers are available in 5 different models to suit different power outputs and within those 5 ranges there are several options of pulley size which determines the supercharger speed.
