Alternative boards will be provided with some of the size options due to 22mm chipboard availability issues. Please see Product Information below for details of the board that will be supplied. With our component-based Mecalux Longspan System, you can design your own bays. Adaptable and dependable for warehouse, factory, and commercial applications. Per level, you can load up to 450kg. A starter and extension bay build system is included. Units are available in three industry standard heights: 2000mm, 2500mm, and 3000mm. A 600mm depth is also available. Each bay has three 22mm thick P2 chipboard shelves. End frames with galvanized cross-bracing that are pre-assembled. Replace your old galvanized steel shelf panels with moisture-resistant galvanized steel shelf panels. End frames are powder-coated blue, with high-visibility orange steel beams. Beams are simply secured in place using safety clips. Each level's height can be adjusted every 50mm. If the lower level is raised, it can be used for floor-level pallet storage. The add-on bay system allows you to join bays in a run in a continuous and cost-effective manner. Steel deck supports (sold separately) improve the shelf's resiliency and prevent local distortion. Shelf panels made of moisture-resistant galvanized steel are also available. 2x end frames with bracing, 6x support beams, 3x chipboard shelves, 4x levelling plates, and floor fixings are included in the Starter Bay. 1x end frame with bracing, 6x support beams, 3x chipboard shelves, 2x levelling plates, and floor fixings are included in the extension bay. The first level has a maximum height of 500mm and a load capacity of 4000kg per frame. Dimensions of the footplate are 110 x 79mm. Individual components and a complete two-bay kit are both available for purchase.
