The autonomous transport robots move along fixed, defined paths, ensuring transport processes run transparently and safely. Should paths change, they can be quickly and independently adapted by relaying or removing the guide tapes - completely without structural modifications or software adjustments. The BITO LEO transport robots operate independently of a central IT system and ensure a constant, traceable material flow between goods-in, the warehouse, production and dispatch. Thanks to the line-guided navigation and the clearly defined transfer points, transport processes are executed safely and without disruption. The AGV transport system reduces travel distances, reduces the workload for employees and increases process reliability in intralogistics. This allows the vehicle to be moved precisely in narrow aisles and it can enter loading or transfer stations in a space-saving manner. Reversing is also possible for short distances of up to 5 m. On straight sections of up to 25 m, LEO can travel without a line. This function reduces wear and tear on the floor markings, prevents damage to the line in areas with forklift traffic and saves material and effort in route layout. LEO Flow with scissor lift - Flexible material flow at different heights The LEO Flow with scissor lift is equipped with an automatic lifting unit and enables the collection and deposit of containers at different heights. The integrated belt conveyor adjusts its height via the scissor lift, thus compensating for height differences between conveyor systems, machines or workstations. Containers, cardboard boxes or small parts are collected and deposited laterally to the direction of travel. Thanks to the height adjustment, systems with different transfer heights can be efficiently connected without additional conveyor technology or manual intervention. This increases process reliability, reduces physical strain and ensures a consistently stable process. The driverless transport system with a scissor lift replaces rigid conveyor lines and can also reliably transport non-standardised goods. This makes the transport robot particularly suitable for existing facilities where an expansion or adaptation of existing conveyor technology is desired.
