The Krontec Professional Lightweight Air Jack range is manufactured from high strength aluminium providing dual advantages of being able to cope with the demands of competition plus low weight.The jacks are available in four types, either standard or 'quick lift' operation and with or without blow off valve depending on application requirements.The jacks without safety vent valve are the budget orientated solution, providing a large footprint for optimum stability, quick operation (the 'quick lift' blow off in less than 0.3 seconds) and a recent technological innovation of springless functioning.The safety valve equipped versions of the jacks build from the non safety valve equipped product and add an integrated blow off valve. This feature is particularly useful in situations where the air jack system can become over-pressurised (due to damaged equipment, air supply anomalies or incorrect handling), as the unit simply vents excess gas, maintaining the factory set maximum of 55bar. This not only improves user safety but also ensures the jack system is not damaged on the car side, providing optimum vehicle reliability for pit stops time after time.The jacks are available in a choice of 150 or 230mm stroke (length) depending on vehicle lift heights required or vehicle ground clearances. Certain products in the range are available to lift variable capacities, with the 50mm diameter jacks designed to lift up to 488kg each and the 60mm up to 760kg each.
