Cleaning using high pressure from 8 to 60 bar removes even the most stubborn dirt and residues, such as cracked oils and resinous greases, effortlessly. Ideal to operate with a high pressure gun. The high pressure also penetrates difficult geometries without any problems and thereby effectively removes any contaminants. This makes it ideal for cleaning ball bearings, for example, and similar components. The cleaning temperature of 45° C is preset at the factory and ensures an ideal cost/benefit ratio. The tank is insulated to prevent unnecessary heat loss and to save energy. The LED lighting on the inside provides good light conditions that enable the user to see even difficult parts clearly. The inside is equipped with a fan for ventilation and the panel is kept clear at all times by an air nozzle with a strong air flow. In addition, the panel can be cleared of splashes by using a squeegee. It is operated using a foot switch that is convenient to reach. A retractable step ensures maximum operating convenience for users with different heights. It is straightforward to load by crane, and the max. load totals 350 kg. Optionally, a stainless steel turntable provides the user with support when cleaning heavy parts.
