Nature and Wellness Day with Yoga, Forest Bathing and Foraging for Two

The four hour nature and wellness day also includes a foraging session and will be centred around seasonal topics. In spring, expect lambs and bluebells, summer will be about wildflowers and birds, whilst the autumn focuses on mushrooms and colourful woods. • This experience takes place every fourth Sunday of the month between April and October.
